Shipping policy

Every Melli Dorèlli item is printed to order, so nothing sits in a warehouse waiting. Each piece is made for you and then shipped, which means there are two stages to your delivery: production and transit.

Production time
Orders are typically produced within 2–7 business days. Apparel is usually at the faster end of that range; posters and all-over-print items can take a little longer.

Shipping and delivery estimates
We ship worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, and the estimated delivery date shown at checkout covers both production and transit.

Orders with several items
If your order contains items produced in different facilities, it may arrive in more than one parcel, at slightly different times. You are not charged extra for this.

Customs, duties and taxes
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs handling fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; the cost of reshipping may be payable by you.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery date, or arrives damaged, email us at shop@mellidorelli.com with your order number and we will put it right.
