Everything is printed to order. There’s no stock sitting in a warehouse: the moment you order, your piece goes into production at the print house nearest to you.
How long does it take?
Production: 2 to 5 business days. Printed apparel is usually 2 to 3. Embroidery and all-over pieces — the Hawaii shirt, the board shorts — take a little longer, because they’re cut and sewn from printed fabric.
Shipping: 3 to 7 business days within Europe, up to two weeks elsewhere. You’ll get a tracking number as soon as the parcel is moving.
Exchanges and returns
Because every piece is made for you specifically, we don’t take everything back. But:
- Wrong size? Tell us within 14 days and we’ll sort out an exchange.
- Damaged or wrong item? Send a photo within 30 days and you get a replacement or your money back. No arguing.
- Wrong address? Let us know quickly — as long as it hasn’t been printed, we can still change it.
